Phil received his 4-year Masters of Science degree in Chinese medicine from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences in Oakland, California in 2012. He became a licensed acupuncturist in 2012. He received his Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, DAOM, in 2019.

Customized herbal prescriptions are particularly well-suited for treating chronic or complex conditions, such as autoimmune disorders, circulatory disorders, digestive disorders, neurological disorders, etc.
LIGHT THERAPY
Light therapy (photobiomodulation) uses red light and near infra-red light to treat various conditions ranging from more cosmetic (such as wrinkles, acne, and hair loss) to more internal (such as pain and dementia). It is safe, comfortable, and does not harm the skin.
